Attention all girls that have signed up for the hitting sessions at The Next Level.
These sessions will be every Saturday starting January 16th and goes through March 20th from 1:30pm to 2:30pm. Please be there at least 20 minutes before it starts. The Next Level is located at 1112 35th Ave in Council Bluffs. This is located near Classic Chevolet in Lake Manawa.
 

IGHSAU Softball Rules Changes Effective Summer 2010

Effective with the summer 2010 softball season, the pitching distance for junior high and high school softball in Iowa will be increased from 40 feet to 43 feet from the tip of home plate to the pitcher's plate.  For more rule changes click here.

2009 Softball Team


Team Shoe
The team shoe will be the same as last years, Red Mizuno Womens 9-Spike Swift FP Metal Cleats. The cheapest place on the internet is at http://www.softballsavings.com/customer/category/product.jsp?SUBCATEGORY_ID=5445. It is not required that you get these shoes.

Abraham Lincoln High School is no longer using highschoolsport.net as there official schedule. They are now using missiouririverconf.org.

Gym Seating Change

AL Basketball Fans:

The new signage is up in the gym, and we are making a switch to accomodate more seating for home fans.

All AL fan sections will be on the East side of the fieldhouse.  This is opposite the benches and scoring table. Visitors will be behind the benches, and visitor students will be across from our students.  This is more efficient for the cheerleaders also due to the extra space at the north end of the court.
