Open gym will be every Tuesday & Friday, 5:30pm-7:30pm starting on March 2nd. We will meet in at the ALHS Fieldhouse Balcony. | | | IGHSAU Softball Rules Changes Effective Summer 2010 Effective with the summer 2010 softball season, the pitching distance for junior high and high school softball in Iowa will be increased from 40 feet to 43 feet from the tip of home plate to the pitcher's plate. Team Shoe
The team shoe will be the same as last years, Red Mizuno Womens 9-Spike Swift FP Metal Cleats. The cheapest place on the internet is at http://www.softballsavings.com/customer/category/product.jsp?SUBCATEGORY_ID=5445. It is not required that you get these shoes.
